I had surgery nearby and the hotel were extremely helpful and kind, they arranged an early check in and helped me to my room. They were attentive, checked I could see everything I needed, and helped me connect to wifi. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable and the aircon was very effective. The hotel is quiet. It’s a perfect place for staying if you’re having medical treatment nearby.

This was a horrible hotel experience from beginning to end. The staff encouraged us pre-arrival to book directly with them, and then upon an arrival proceeded to charge us for both the booking with them as well as the Expedia booking. This hotel has very bad business practices, and the staff is incredibly rude. The property is also very dated and nothing special - it’s basic at best. There are so many other beautiful properties in the area with much kinder and less shady staff that don’t try to double and trouble charge you. Don’t stay here, go somewhere else.
