This was my second time staying at the hotel and I will keep staying there when I visit London. The hotel is on a quiet street a block away from a big Tesco and 15ish minute walk to Earls Court tube station. It was great to feel like I was in a regular neighbourhood and not a touristy part of the city. Love the fridge and kettle provided. Got upgraded to a bigger room when the lock to my patio did not work. Very appreciated!!! Staff was very kind and accomadating. The manager and the blonde female assisting patrons were both really helpful in dealing with my room situation. I'm not a big breakfast person but it is included and managed to eat eggs, sausages and hashbrowns every morning and they were pretty good! Overall highly recommend based on cost, amenities provided and location.

I liked this property overall. The only thing i can suggest is to put in some hooks in the bathroom or the wall next to the closet. Theres no place to hang wet towels. Thanks to all the hardworking staff. Everyone was so friendly.
