When I first booked, I was offered a free upgrade and it was anything but that. The minute my husband and I arrived, the room was absolutely freezing. It was also marketed that we were staying in Notting Hill and we were not. There were no extra blankets and the bed was a full-size bed. That same night, the water was over flowing and not draining in the shower. The next day, maintenance came to look at the shower and the heat and as soon as we arrived back to turn on the shower, it was leaking towards electrical pipes. They moved us to a different flat that was much larger, however the floorboards were coming out, there were holes all over the walls, there were no latches for the back door and to kick it off, on one late night we were unable to open the door due to a malfunctioning handle. We contacted the hosts about everything and they were very apologetic. However, they said they would give us a refund and only refunded me for one night which is unacceptable. I will never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend anybody to either!

Had a pleasant stay at Rest Boutique. Conveniently located steps away from the tube station and the Portobello market. Clean, well appointed Aparthotel unit with fresh linen and towels. Well-equipped kitchen available. Note: There is no front desk and check-in has a process. Instructions are clear though. Will book again. Thank you
