Travelled with family
I did not get to see this property as I did not get to stay there. I called and left a vm requesting entry details early morning on the day (check in was 3pm) but did not get a reply so I called at 11:50 and was told details would be sent to me via Whatsapp. I then called again just after 2pm and got vm repeatedly until 3 pm when the message switched to this office is closed. NO DETAILS, NO WAY TO CONTACT AND NOWHERE FOR 5 PEOPLE TO SLEEP. These incompetent and possibly fraudulent folk ruined our London trip. Do not use.
Stayed 1 night in Nov 2018
