A wretched room, utterly unlike what was contracted. A narrow room where one cannot even place one's luggage. A broken television. No lift, and steps that make carrying luggage up difficult. Other than that, an unbelievably wretched hotel

Room's were small. You can hear every footsteps when someone coming through front gate, it's start vibrating. Staffs were good. But facilities provided by hotel is not at all worth visiting.

Staff was aware we have a luggage and we were assigned a room on the 2nd floor. Walkway going up to the room is so narrow that you can barely pass through with luggage in tow. Never knew that there is such thing as shared bathroom so it was a shock when we got there. Building is so outdated.

Welcome by staff and directions given to transport links very helpful.Room clean but very small, stairs to room and bathroom very steep, not easy to manoeuvre with luggage especially for those 70+ . Although outside of control of hotel road outside very noisy the two nights we stayed so would find it difficult to recommend to friends.
