The lication is excellent for tourism but the hotel seams set up for 1 night stays. We had 2 small drawers for our things and they were in the living area of our room out of the bedroom area. Only 1 power outlet and zero USB plugs at the bedside. Checkin was slow. You would think on a night the hotel was full they would have more than 3 windows open. For such a large hotel. Housekeeping was frantically trying to get our room done at 6:30 one evening. We got 'dangerously' low on TP and ran out of facial tissue one day. And although the room and hotel appeared clean, our magnifying mirror base on the wall had the words "clean me" scratched into the caked on dust. And although I'm sure it is common seeing silverfish running around the bathroom isn’t something I expected. I get the feeling senior management is looking at profits over service.

We had to move rooms because it was dirty. The atmosphere was weird felt like they didn't really care about the hotel just knew they were in a nice place central. The bar was absolutely disgusting with flies and we told them and they said yeah we know. Another lady complained about her glass being dirty with the drink she just ordered. Everyone just kept saying oh sorry. It was just not somewhere I would go back to.

We booked the hotel because it had a swimming pool but upon arrival we were told we could only book a swimming 'slot' at check in. Check in opened at 3pm and when we checked in at 3.15pm all slots were gone and there were none available until after we checked out. I feel like we were misled and paid a premium for a hotel where we couldn't actually use all amenities. My children were really upset. The front staff were not helpful at all. I had to show formal ID at check in despite having paid upfront for the room and when I said I didn't have any on me other than a debit card I was made to wait until eventually being allowed my room key and told I would need it next time....this has never been a requirement in any other hotel, particularly when the room has already been paid for! Additionally when we got to our room the bed hadn't been made up for the children and I had to phone to arrange this. Really disappointed as the room was expensive, I would say it wasn't worth the money at all.
