Not worth the money, tourist trap hotel

The staff we encountered were rude. We had to call reception to get soap put in our room as the dispenser wasn’t checked. The leather sofa that was a pull out bed was dirty. The beds stunk, smelt like the bedding had been washed in cooking oil or with kitchen tea towels. The pillows were lumpy. We had to pay £9.45 for two glass bottles of water? Not sure how 2 bottles even came to this. We would have expected a coffee machine in the room for that price, not instant coffee sachets. Bedrooms were dated.

I’ve never felt compelled to leave a review for a hotel but here goes. The location is beyond excellent. We booked the Big Ben view room. However, the service leaves much room for improvement: 1) a hotel that forgets to call you during a wake up call and then doesn’t apologize for it, well this is it and 2) smell of ammonia when the AC is on, this is also it.

Was the worst experience, I already reported to the hotel manager The room that we reserved was 2 twin set but they gave us the one with the king size bed and one couch , very dirty , the sheets didn't clean , no soap and shampoo , the room service didnt change the sheets at all , with the fact that was food and snack at the bed , Breakfast was terrible , was ll pork and ham which not good for every families with believes, I was saying good night to my business partners after we had dinner at the hotel restaurant and security so rude and un polite told me Im not allow to go to my room and I have to leave the hotel when I was waiting for my child to bring the key room for me I am absolutely un happy at this hotel by spending so much money So inconvenient from the first to the end Staff was so rude and un professional Room was so dirty and not clean at all

Fabulous all the way around!

We were in an accessible room, as it was the only room ready early, and loved every single thing about it, especially the location. I “would” recommend that the hotel consider some additional hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels if not taking the daily housekeeping option.
