I will start with the positive. The bathroom was large and it had a separate tub and shower. The bath towels were also large. Whenever we called housekeeping for something, they arrived promptly. The negative: I stayed in room 1138 and the "view" was of an interior wall. Never seen such a thing. As such, the room has almost zero natural light. The TV would "freeze" about every 30 minutes and then go black. Very annoying. The breakfast at the hotel is 25 pounds ($34 USD) which seemed steep to me.

The location was very convenient to walk to several sites as well as the port for river cruises. It was easy to get a taxi or bus including the tourist buses. We were there during a very busy time in August and would recommend if eating breakfast at the hotel to dine before 9 am because the queues could be rather long after that time

I had a death in the family and the hotel staff offered to change my booking but when I asked for the new dates they would not respond and charged me for the entire week after all.

My stay at Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge was excellent. The location was perfect, right by the Thames and within walking distance of major attractions like Big Ben and the London Eye. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I’d definitely stay there again.

Dirty upgrade👎

Really annoyed initially. I arrived early and requested to store my luggage which was easily done. I checked in and they promised to text me when my room was available. This text never came so I returned at 3pm. On arrival I was informed my room was not ready, which I was annoyed about but the polite reception staff gave me an upgrade which I appreciated until I got to my room. On entering the sofa bed was down and “not clean” and the carpets were dirty. The bathroom was clean but there was “stains” In the toilet and the table underneath the tv had not been cleaned. I was disappointed but by this point I was just going to get on with it. Second time at this hotel and frustrating considering how highly I rated it the first time.
