We stayed for four days. Check in was a disaster. Staff we're not helpful. Kept us waiting after we did not consider their recommendation to upgrade. We got bottles of water first day. No water after that, until I requested it.

A wonderful place to stay. Loved everything about this hotel. Great location, great staff and great food. Alan was the best. He took care of everything for us. Tickets to everything and ordered all our cars. He was fabulous and the hotel is very lucky to have him as a concierge.

Excellent location in Westminster walking distance to Southbank, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey. Breakfast buffet is not recommended, expensive for what they offer. The bedroom shower wasn’t working properly. Every time you used it, there was a water leak and the bathroom towels got soaking wet.

Great location for visiting the area around the London eye and Big Ben. I felt very safe around the hotel and had no problems getting other forms of transportation. The bathroom did smell like vomit for the duration of our stay. We requested that the bathroom be cleaned every day but it must be a plumbing issue. Other small cleanliness issues with our room such as stains on the curtains, carpet, and buildup on the shower head. Would stay here again if they can get the smell issue resolved.

Over paid for a poor room at Park Plaza Hotel

The hot water in the shower takes long time to warm up. We expected a room with a view, but the room assigned to us was 558 which had a view of the beside building. Paying $420 per night was not worth it. There was a distinct mold like smell inside the room.

From the moment we checked in, Park Plaza exceeded our expectations—upgrading us to a beautiful suite and surprising us with two complimentary bottles of wine. After a full day of travel and sightseeing, unwinding in the wellness center’s serene pool and rejuvenating sauna was just what we needed. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, hospitality, and a touch of luxury!
