Room service needs improvement

Body wash was missing in shower on day one and had to take bath without body wash. There was no entry allowed in lounge after checkout for the rest of few hours before flight.

All was excellent except the fact that the room had no outside windows. I wish they had made it clear during the reservation that the room has no day light. Other than, the place is excellent. Location, amenities, staff, customer service and cleanliness was all exceptional.

One night stay due to a theatre booking. The hotel is in a great location with a decent view of Big Ben. Check in took a while but we were rewarded with an upgrade and we could check in slightly early too. Room was nice and bed comfortable. Made use of the pool and spa facilities. Lifts were a bit annoying- if you don’t swipe your card immediately and press a button, you get called to other floors. Breakfast was busy and although the view was nice, was not very relaxing with people pouring in and tables being moved around us. Overall a comfortable hotel, in a great location, for a good price. Would recommend.

The location was fantastic, with proximity to Westminster Bridge (the Parliament building and Westminster Abbey were just on the other side), the London Eye and Leake Street Arches very close by. The hotel is closest to the Waterloo underground station, but the Westminster station is also within 10 minutes' walking distance. Although the hotel is in a bustling area, our room was very quiet at night. The daily breakfast buffet, which offers the "Full English Breakfast" among many other options, was outstanding and well worth the small increase to include it in the price of our daily rate.
