Overall our stay was great, walkable to metro stations, located close to Big Ben. Staff and service was great as well. Would just give it 4 stars for cleanliness, the rooms were a bit dusty and we saw silverfish in our bathroom one of the nights.

Do not stay here if you need things to be plugged in, their outlets don’t work. We had no working outlets in our room upon arrival, we couldn’t charge our phones or plug in a curling iron or a flat iron. We called the front office and the guy told us he would send someone to fix the problem and then he never did. Eventually we walked to the front desk after realizing he wasn’t sending anyone and someone fixed it a couple hours later. The staff isnt helpful, I would not stay here again.

Terrible Guest Services - head of housekeeping was indifferent that my Tumi backpack with my Chanel glasses were stolen out of my room…. They never told me to file a police report of course. I had to get that info from a local cab driver - I filed report and now have to claim with insurance company $1600 worth of goods stolen and I’m still waiting for the hotel to investigate… look at the cameras and try to at least look like they cared… if u look up reviews people get robbed frequently in there hotel… my name Georgina Geremia don’t stay here…

The Hôtel advertises as a family hotel, it is not. The hotel has a Vegas feel to it. The staff is very rude and you feel like a number. The staff are trying to get as many people in and out as fast as possible. The hotel advertises a pool but does not share on their website that you have to reserve a time to go to the pool and they only let 20 people in each hour. There are 1200 rooms in the hotel so there is almost no chance of getting a pool reservation. We have 2 little kids that were looking forward to the pool and in our 3 days we could not get a reservation for the pool. In my reservation orbitz said to ask the hotel about our ViP perk, the staff had no clue what I was talking about and said they have never heard of that. They directed me to call orbitz, orbitz said it was the hotels issue, in the end no resolution and I have no clue what perk we were to receive. The hotel breakfast is mediocre. The hotel has a great location but I would not recommend staying here if you have kids and want to use the pool.

After Air Canadian stranded us by canceling our flight the staff at Park Plaza Hotel went out of their way to accommodate us. A one night free upgrade and breakfast. Upon leaning we were stuck for a week while awaiting a new flight, they again went out if their way to ensure we were comfortable and could stay for the duration of our extended wait. Much appreciate.

Over the past 10 years we have stayed on and off at the PARK Plaza hotel we find it conveniently located to restaurants walking attractions and mostly due to the fact this hotel is very clean and has excellent customer service. I have a disability, and I feel that I am respected and cared for with courtesy.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Walkable to pretty much everything. It’s in a very busy, crowded tourist area though.

I did not like that our room was not cleaned everyday. We had no toilet paper. I was calling the front desk and no one answered. Your housekeeping is horrible. The garbage was not cleaned up. It was terribly service. You really do not care about repeat guests. I will never stay at this hotel again.
