Great location, right across from the beautiful park. Bus stops and tube very close. Wonderful beds and a nice big tub. Staff was very accommodating. Great big breakfast.

Would not stay again.

Room clean. Bed comfortable. No air con. Unable to open window so too hot to sleep. Would have been over 25C. Lots of air ambulances arriving at UCLH so periodically very noisy. Double room tiny, only get past bottom of the bed by shuffling sideways. Socket for kettle and usb ports didn’t work For some bizarre reason the light switch for bedside lights was in headboard behind pillows. Despite being clean too many negatives so would not return.

Reception was welcoming and efficient. Room was small and bathroom tiny but it was clean and comfortable and all we needed for somewhere to sleep after a trip to the theatre. Only ten minutes walk from Euston or Russell Square tube stations

Nice area, rooms clean, comfortable beds. Walking distance to Kings Cross which connects you to buses, taxis, underground and trains. Staff are friendly, pub was a fun atmosphere. Would recommend if in the Bloomsbury area in London.

- No AC in the rooms and that is not mentioned on their website. The staff at the reception stated that it’s written on Tavistock website but that’s no true. They only advertise/mention the heater. So, the rooms are quite warm even with the provided fan. The rooms are very tiny (especially the bathroom) and noisy. So, pack some noise canceling headphones. - We were surprised to see rodents (mice) in the bar sitting area running around. Adam the manager said mouse running around in the bar area is normal since the door remains open. This is not ok or normal!. Clearly, Adam did not consider the health risks exposed to the guests dinning and living in their premises. For this reason we will not stay in that premises again our health is of paramount importance.

What a fantastic place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful building, lovely and quiet. Even left me a great take away breakfast as I left too early for the restaurant. Lovely evening meal with good prices. Have recommended to my fellow passengers. Will certainly stay here again. Thank you.
