Very clean and comfortable. A perfect spot if needing a stay in the Fulham/Chelsea area. Very easy check in. Cozy beds and refreshing shower (if you choose the private bathroom access).

Honestly felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Two/three flights of narrow stairs, no lift, shared bathroom and shower. My first night the maid almost walked in as I was changing and asked why I hadn’t checked out, even though I had one more day. The worst part about it was the noise. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this was the noisiest stay. Even late at night, cars are going by and drunk people walking down the street. Then in the morning garbage collection. It truly was my least favorite stay. I thought it would be more charming but it was not. Basic room, basic amenities. The location was not as close to the train station as I would have liked and the pub closes early. So overall, not great. The one shining light was that Fulham seems like a cute little residential area and so I felt very safe.

There is no noise cancellation in the room and the roads outside are too noisy. Almost impossible to get any sleep due to the noise.
The rooms otherwise are spotless and the staff is really friendly
Really clean, spacious. I had a corner room so lots of light. Well decorated, plenty of charging sockets. I would stay again
Only negative isnt the room, so kept as 5
But advice for others. Downstairs pub is very expensive. 2 tapas dishes and a fruit juice 28 quid.
Also note no breakfast option down there in the pub.

Check in was via the bar. We were shown to our room. The room was a bit grubby with visible mould in the shower and dust on some surfaces. The wall paper was also peeling off. The room was noisy. Location wise, it was a 20-25 walk from tube
Lovely staff and beautiful old character building! A great start to our trip through Europe!

The room was perfect for one night. Not much counter space in the bathroom but worked. It is not close to a tube station so keep that in mind. Dinner at the pub was excellent…definitely elevated and not typical bar food. Bonus was the house band played an excellent mix of fun tunes!
Staff were amazing from start to finish. The room was big, clean an bed was very comfortable. Only 1 chair in the room so had to sit on the bed to watch telly. Food was good especially Sunday Roast which was so tasty and a really good sized portion.
Met the owner while out walking and she recognised us and was very friendly gave us advice on our walk and looked forward to seeing us at lunchtime.
Atmosphere was buzzing and the place had a real family vibe despite the eclectic mix of clientele.
Would happily stay again on a trip to London, lovely place and lovely people

Really nice, comfortable place to stay, in a very good area. Welcome was really nice and very attentive.
Room was spotless and bed super comfy.
Would definitely stay again.
Lovely spacious room, comfortable to sleep in. Lots of road noise made for a disturbed night. Seperate, private bathroom was clean and spacious but the door could do with a lock on the inside for the occupant to feel less exposed!
This hotel was so cute and perfect for the two of us. It’s also a restaurant. Pretty good tapas and vibes. There are buses close by or you can walk 20 mins to the nearest tube station. The staff were super friendly. Our check in wasn’t until 3 pm, but we got there a little early and they let us check in at 1 pm. Definitely an affordable options! Highly recommend.
