The staff are excellent .room was big and clean. Breakfast needs improving and had to wait for a table for half an hour and told to comeback . Disappointing if your paying few hundreds of pounds too when running water stopped .

Deluxe room very large with a nice view and large comfortable bed. Bathroom was a little smaller than expected given the room size. And perhaps could’ve had somewhere to hang coats etc. Breakfast was decent although pretty busy at times only had one drink in the Soak bar which was a nice place.

Classic hotel in the heart of London. Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. Adjacent to Victoria Station with easy access to The Tube. Outstanding dining and beverage options both in the hotel and nearby neighborhood. Staff was professional, courteous and friendly. We couldn’t have had a better stay! Highly recommend.
