I found a dirty used towel after checking into my room. The whole property has seen better days (in the 2000s?). Once you feel disgusted, you see all the brown patches on walls and pillows. I complained, but did not feel understood. We left after the first night, despite we paid for 5. No refund. It is ridiculous for the price, and I do not understand why expedia.com lists this property. Do not go there.

This is an incredible nature reserve resort. Takes your breath away with how authentic it feels. The staff for absolutely wonderful and can’t do enough to make you feel at home. Unusual and takes a while to decompress to the style but once you’re in it you don’t want to leave. The more it unfolds and more beautiful it becomes and the longer you want to be there in that quiet state.
