This inviting 4-bedroom family home in Southwest London offers spacious living and a private garden retreat, all within walking distance of Tooting Bec tube station and the wide open spaces of Tooting Common - perfect for picnics, walks, or a swim at the recently renovated Tooting Bec Lido. There is an excellent coffee shop at the end of the road, a dry cleaners, pharmacy, and corner shops. The house is perfect for families and equipped with board games, books, Padel racquets, footballs etc for the kids.

Step through the hallway into a comfortable sitting room featuring a large sofa and ornamental fireplace, which flows seamlessly into a bright open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, gas hob, oven, and microwave. A cosy reading nook and island seating make this a welcoming hub for family life. Bifold doors open out to a private garden with astro turf, seating area, and outdoor dining table. At the far end, you’ll find a studio space with a TV and Peloton bike - ideal for workouts or unwinding.

Also on the ground floor is a laundry room with washer and dryer and a convenient guest WC.
