Brilliant welcoming team. The hotel is spotless from entrance to the room and the 5th floor dining space. Free hot and cold drinks all day. Housekeeping every 3rd day. This hotel is lovely. In a really convenient location, out of the way enough to feel quiet, but only a 5 minute walk to tube. Staff are friendly, breakfast was decent, room was lovely and had great views.
