This was our 2nd time staying at the Knaresborough. We had a great time once again. This apartment was a bit more compact than the first one we stayed in but was fine for the 3 nights we were there. Everything you need is in the apartment, comfortable bed, decent shower, good TV, WIFI, fridge, kettle (tea bags/coffee/shower), shampoo, shower gel & hand gel. The apartment is nice & quiet. Communication from Nestor was excellent. About 5 mins walk and you are at Earls Court tube station and numerous pubs, restaurants & takeaways of all descriptions. The Premier Inn is across the road and we ate the excellent buffet breakfast there every morning. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Knaresborough and will return again. Thank you!

Apartment was adequate but could do with some decorating. Only one lounge chair. Lack of cutlery and kitchen equipment. No washing up bowl or kitchen sink plug. Very few glasses. Only small teacups. Balcony very scruffy. Cheap chairs and table. Light on balcony not working. Large number of tv channels not working properly . None of radio channels worked without constant interference. Would have expected some tourist leaflets etc as not familiar with locality.

Property on a nice quiet street, in a good location. ‘Room’ was disappointing. Fixtures and fittings tired and in need of repair/ upgrade. Small kitchen area but no table or seats suitable to eat at, only a small desk with one chair. Room very narrow and care had to be taken walking around the bed under the tv on the wall. Housekeeping quick to respond when dirty cutlery was discovered soon after arrival. Be aware no toaster is provided so unable to make toast for breakfast! I do not think the stay was value for money and would not stay again.

All communication are through email and Whatsapp. I received check in instructions the day before. This serviced apartment is located in quiet area near both the Premier Inn and the Marriott. It's also near the Cromwell Hospital and a Sainsbury's. It's a 5 minute walk to Earl's Court tube. Lots of food choicesRoom is as depicted. It's small but not too small to seem claustrophobic. Nicely set up kitchen and it's great to have a refrigerator. The bed is quite comfortable. I really appreciated the walk-in rainforest shower. London was in the middle of a heatwave and the AC held up. My only complaint is that bathroom sink is exceptionally shallow. Between the size of the sink and the shelf over it, there's no way you can get your face over the sink to wash it. Make sure there's a bathmat under the sink. Having said that would stay there again.

Overall, we had a great stay at this property. The location was excellent and communication from the operators was very good. Overall cleanliness and condition was adequate. The apartment was a little bit tight, but that is to be expected in London. More hooks, racks, etc would help. Also, we really appreciated free access to laundry (with pods) but the dryer took a very long time to dry a load, just be aware of this. If you are looking for a safe and quiet "home base" while exploring London, this is a great option. Earls Court Station was just a short walk away.
