My daughters and I spent our final 2 nights in London at The Pelham. It was the perfect cap to the trip. The location was excellent, the kindest staff, the beds were very comfy, and the small touches like the beautiful floral mugs and the pink slippers. The restaurant was delicious as well, we enjoyed an Italian supper, and filling breakfasts. We can’t wait to visit again.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for seven nights. We loved the location right across the street from the tube and a bus stop. The surrounding South Kensington neighborhood was very nice and felt high-end. The staff was kind and professional. Our room was well appointed. The mattress, bedding and towels were luxurious. Lovely staff . Low score because our bedroom was near the lift and I was woken 3 times in the night with noise from other guests saying good night or goodbye or the lift clunking. I wear ear plugs too so that can show you how noisy the experience was for us. I would stay again but not in that room or near a lift
