Was in a good location, it was ok for comfort and convenience. The Spa is not located at the hotel site, the bed and mattress toppers definitely need renewing as it’s borderline uncomfortable, not soft enough for my taste for sure. Breakfast options were of a 4 star. No VIP benefits received, as expected from Expedia.

The staff and convenient are lovely. We were annoyed that the pool closed at the time posted but when we would show with an hour to close they would discourage us from using facilities. Other than this inconvenience, the stay was quite memorable. We will return as guests again.

I booked this hotel specifically because it said there was a pool and I was bringing children. When I arrived I found out that there’s very limited hours children can use the pool. It was extremely disappointing.

While the property was beautiful, the pool was am extra charge per person per day and was open for very few hours of the day, all of which were not advertised. In addition, the AC ran for 48hrs straight and was unable to lower the temperature of the room by even 1 degrees. Not only is that not comfortable but it's bad for the environment the hotel pretends to care about. Lastly, while I had two guests staying and was advised for my silver status Expedia account I would get two free drink tickets they would only give me one.

Expected better 😢

Check in was easy. The room very warm. The air conditioner very inefficient. Even after keeping curtains drawn, bathroom blinds pulled down and door closed, it only got comfortable in the early am hours. For the star rating of the hotel, providing one bottle of water only on day 1 of the stay, in June ? They gave us complimentary 1 drink for 1 out of the 2 people occupying the room once. We did not use it. When asked if their restaurant had food after 10 pm on that Friday, they asked us to go in and find out. A really disappointing stay. Very good location.
