The place was overall fine. I was really unhappy with the fitness facilities. For one thing, they charged 15£ per person per day. I had no idea about this because it’s buried in some obscure part of the Expedia listing. What’s more, the pool is not available for huge swaths of the day because of swim lessons. This is also not advertised, and it defeats the entire point of a hotel having a pool. I talked about this to staff, and nobody cared. Otherwise, I liked my stay fine.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed at in London. Tired rooms. Terrible services & multiple problems experienced across a 3 day stay. The Group manager when responding to my complaints fully contradicted the staff at hotel.

This hotel has recently had upgrades to decoration and its facilities, very reasonable priced, very near to South Kensington underground as well as V&A.What stood out was helpful and friendly staff the most.We really enjoyed our stay

Room 638 - the slight ramp in floor was a surprise, but wasn't a problem. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were warm and friendly and I have recommended the hotel to all my friends.
