Although the room was small, it had everything - loads of power points, brilliant shower, molton & brown shampoo etc. The room is nicely furnished with everything you needed to store and have breakfast in the room. The staff were lovely. The location was ideal. 10 out of 10.

10/10 hotel.There are so many hotels to choose from in London, so it can be really hard to pick the right one. This had a great location; really centrally located, easy to get to. We walked to all the main sights from the hotel. Rooms were super clean and updated. Great use of space! Loved the room service breakfast options; super convenient. Manuela was a pleasure to work with. Very helpful! Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic stay! We were so well taken care of. Thank you for everything! It was so convenient and close to all the London sights and the Victoria Station to hop on the tube.

The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately our one night stay was the worst night ever since our room AC was not working properly. We called front desk and all they can offered was a fan. I was expecting better service for the price we pay.
