Stayed over armistice weekend. Amazing service and room was spotlessly clean. Compact and bijou and everything I needed for a west end stay. Room overlooking main thoroughfare to Leicester Square was very quiet. Corridors were dark and atmospheric and availability of breakfast was an added bonus at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be booking a Z hotel again. Thank you.

I stayed for one night as I had a mid week work so and I was really impressed. Sure, some of the elements are “basic” but the staff is fantastic, the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast while limited in choice, it hits the mark and I appreciated having all food and drink included as part of the room type that I chose. A great choice for a corporate traveller for one night

New and very modern, and a great location in Leicester Square. This would be a good choice for solo travel. However, our tiny queen-bed room was not comfortable for two, because the bed was tucked into an alcove and one person must climb over the other to get in and out.

Phenomenal hotel! By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at as a solo traveler who’s on a budget. The location was absolutely perfect. The fact that the front desk always had a staff member or often two watching as people came and went made me feel quite safe. The room, while not big, was beyond perfect. Bed comfy, bathroom was excellent, eco friendly with a great shower and bath towels bigger than I have at my own home! The staff were so very nice. And did I mention the impeccable location?!? There was a Tube station just about two blocks away. Theaters within walking distance—one was right across the street! The National Portrait Gallery right there as you stepped out the door! I could not have found a better hotel for my first trip to London at an amazing price. The proximity to so many different things made it easy to see so much in four short days. I definitely will be coming back to London and will certainly stay here every time!!!
