The bed was ROCK HARD. The place seemed nice overall (good amenities, breakfast, location) but my wife and I couldn't sleep comfortably there and moved to another hotel instead. I stay in many hotels as I often travel for work and this was truly one of the worst matresses I have ever laid on. Staff said "Some people like firm mattresses".... honestly the 4 basic things every hotel has to have are: 1. Clean 2. Quiet and dark for good sleep. 3. Comfortable bed for good sleep. 4. Secure Missing #3 for me. If you don't have all 4 of these basic things as a hotel you are a 1 star!

We were very happy with everything about this hotel. The location is brilliant over looking The Tower of London. It was very clean and the staff wete all very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was am exvellent variet, very fresh and high quality ingredients- we will definitely be coming back.

The room was spacious and clean, but the windows wouldn’t open and staff told us that they cannot do anything about it. Moreover, there was no direct access to the 8th floor where our room was, we had to go up to the 7th floor through the elevator and walk the stairs to the 8th floor every time, which was not convenient.
