Great room & location - poor services.

The hotel has a great location and the room was great. However, the hotel is stingy with the coffee and NO tea. Also had to buy own milk. Paying these prices it shold be bog standard. In addition, the IT side of the reservation and check-in is NOT up to what it is required - and for me very frustrating and unbelievable for a chain of this size, etc. Never say never again - but quite unlikely to book a YOTEL ever again.

Overall a pleasant stay. They issue room keys to Apple Wallet but they unfortunately don't offer an equivalent for Android users so i had to opt for the physical key. Entering and exiting the shower is a tight squeeze due to the setup of the bathroom doors and the shower didnt drain very efficiently. The TV supports Chromecast connection but it was extremely slow to respond to commands from my phone. Comfy bed that can be adjusted to incline

This room was so cosy, I especially loved the bed. It was especially convenient having access to a kitchenette. Overall the room is a little small but since I was on my own I was cool with it. Staff were also very welcoming. Worth the cost :)

The guy on reception in the evenings was amazing, I had a very walm welcome and great stay at YotelPad. Impressive room with reclining bed, modern bathroom and a sink/microwave area. Would return!
