Room was just bigger than a single with small shelf. Garage style door was difficult to open from inside and mine didnt lock from outside. Staff were all amazing though.

Location is amazing. Amenities in the property were ok. They ran out of toilet paper one day! Took over 2 hours to get the power on in my cocoon after I'd checked in! And no one gave me a run down of how anything worked when i checked in. Had to figure it all out on my own. Byo padlock. You have to rent a towel. You pay for luggage storage! And you have to because there isn't enough room in your cocoon to store much. It's cheap but you have to pay for everything else. Good for 1 or 2 night stay in the city with an overnight bag. That's all

Staff seemed pretty distant and weren’t up to communicating too much but they were still kind. Capsules were clean although the bathrooms could’ve been better. The capsules are very stuffy and their locking mechanism is very finicky. I would only recommend this if you get a good price on it.

Not yet fit for purpose

Great location, great idea, but just not quite there yet. The good: Great location, staff were helpful, capsule itself was clean, well lit and inviting with power and USB A and C charging. There were plenty of toilets and showers. The bad: I didn’t sleep well at all. Partly because of the noise of the fan and partly because the fan didn’t seem to do a good job! It was too hot then too cold then too hot again. There wasn’t too much other noise but it definitely was not soundproof in any way. There is no towel provided - though allegedly you can rent them for £5 but I didn’t see where. Your capsule does not lock. So you need to either bring or buy a padlock. Nightmare. There isn’t enough room in your capsule to store much really - bag etc - I just about fitted my shoes in at the bottom of one side of the bed. The addition of some storage for these items would make a huge difference. The location itself was difficult to find as the building is being refurbished. There were just too lifts for 100s of people so I took the stairs - thankfully I was on floor 2, not floor 5. Overall, it’s cheap which is good, but in my view it is not yet fit for purpose. I won’t be staying again.

Internet all good. Loads of shops nearby. Run clean. Didn’t meet one staff member- all screens!
Careful on the steps, particularly in the middle of the night!
