Sea Nest - Modern Yurt

Sea Nest is a unique property; a modern Yurt, this large hexagonal building is fully self-contained complete with full sized kitchen. The Yurt is furnished with a queen size bed, comfy leather lounge, large dining setting, 50" LCD TV, DVD player and assorted DVD's and board games to choose from.
The solitude and ambience is perfect for a romantic getaway, or just a break from the rush of life. Sit on the wrap around balcony and watch the grazing kangaroos or have the local parrots come and visit. To ensure that the wildlife continue to visit Sea Nest we are not pet friendly and once you have stayed you will understand.

If you are a little more adventurous you can take a casual 6 minute stroll down to beautiful Long Beach where you can paddle in the crystal clear water or just wander along the picturesque sandy beach. The Eurobodalla area has a number of bush walks near by which will put you as one with the natural surroundings and a short drive to Batemans Bay will put you in suburbia with modern shops and facilities.

Sea Nest has primarily been setup for singles and couples looking for a quiet getaway. Because of this Sea Nest is not child friendly and we will not accept children which are mobile.

Take the Long Beach turn off (Cullendulla Dr) located four kms north of Batemans Bay on the Princes Hwy and then continue on this road another 4 km to 45 Long Beach Rd. If you go too far you will find yourself looking at the beautiful sandy strip and picnic grounds of Long Beach and across the sparkling water to Batemans Bay.

Peaceful & Relaxing

We loved spending a couple of nights at this gorgeous property which had everything we needed. It was quiet, had a proper kitchen (all appliances and items to cook a full meal), cool during the day and cosy at night, and a short walk to the beach or 5 mins in the car to town. Check-in was simple and we felt at home the moment we stepped inside. It was lovely waking up with a coffee on the balcony and watching cockatoos, kookaburras and other native birds on the property or having a glass of wine in the afternoon looking at the kangaroos. We had an incredibly relaxing time and would absolutely stay here again - highly recommend!

Lovely two person beachhouse for the weekend

Lovely little apartment, plenty of amenities and character. Having the beach within walking distance was great and it was only a short drive to get into the Batemans Bay shops. Definitely recommended.

Great communication from property owners. Great location close to beach & nice & peaceful. Nice to stay in accommodation just a little out of the ordinary. As clean as a whistle & everything you could possibly need. Loved the little personal touches such as green shopping bags & complimentary snacks provided. Lovely place for a coast weekend

We had a lovely time staying in the yurt. It’s well laid out and has everything you need. We also appreciated all the little touches like snacks and toiletries included. It’s also nice and close to the beach (about 10 min walk). We had to delay our arrival due to road closures because of the bushfires and Mike was so accommodating and responsive.
