Whilst boasting amazing coastal views all the way back to the Aireys Lighthouse, and a central location allowing you a short stroll down to the ocean, Avonlea is not your regular beach house. It packs character that will bring a smile to your face at every turn. In what could only be described as a splash of Nordic flair, Avonlea is part beach house, part Scandinavian lodge.
The home features all the great hallmarks of a wonderful beach home. Huge, north facing deck with an incredible outlook, separate kitchen, dining and living zones, 3 bedrooms including a semi self-contained studio downstairs, ample off-street parking, a large grassed backyard and crisp bedroom styling. Combine all this with a splash of patterned wallpaper here, some eclectic cabinetry there and a stone wall centre piece that must be seen to be believed and you have yourself a seriously fun place to take a break.
The luxury of a separately accessed studio downstairs makes Avonlea perfect for multiple small families or couples looking for room to spread their wings. Other features include an undercover carport, gas BBQ, sun lounges, undercover table tennis table, fireplace and a backyard big enough to kick a footy or spin a frisbee.
Anderson Court is renowned as a peaceful location, elevated enough to boast impressive views while not too far from town to make it a full journey home from the beach. An easement allows direct access onto Otway Street and on to the Stribling reserve.
