I thought it was a bit weird when I went down to reception and asked if I could get the room vacuumed because of biscuit crumbs and the vacuum was dropped off for me to do myself. I mean I'm not adverse to doing vacuuming on holidays but is this your policy, do it yourself? Apart from that, the buffet breakfast was average, there was only one type of cheese and the menu did not cater for international guests. And maybe just have a Bain Marie with poached eggs ready for people to take as the ordering system seems a bit superfluous. The frittatas are in little patty pans and most of it sticks to the patty pan as they don't use oil. I've been to buffet breakfasts around the world and it just seemed a little bit lackluster to me. None of the salt shakers work, they need to buy new Pepper and Salt shakers for every table. Also I think the Mantra has had its day, it seems dated for the price you pay. The shower head does not even have a hand held option for adjustable height and rinsing, just the old fashioned small inflexible shower rose. I'm being petty but I paid a lot so I have certain expectations for the tariff.
