Return all furniture, blankets, and other items to original location. If any item is missing or damaged please inform us immediately. Please send Brad a quick text on your way out

My family and I had a very nice time. It is right next to the beach super accessible to anywhere you want to go. The binder with the places to eat and go were very helpful. It’s a great place to be right on the beach and it was only about 45 minutes from Disneyland.

The place was adorable. Clean, nicely decorated. I loved the option to use the paddle boards but it was too cold for us in March. They also had bikes and beach chairs! The outside spaces with fountains were very peaceful. Our host was available if we needed anything. I will stay here again :)

Absolutely loved my stay! So close to so many food and bar options. Also Loved that our stay also provided bikes & paddles boards. It is a perfect stay for people who enjoy the beach and beach activities. Beds are comfy and the house is so homey you forget you don’t live there and never want to leave. Also water pressure in the shower is amazing! 10s across the board.

Absolutely fabulous! A quiet street just a short stroll to the beach - lots of similar beautiful houses surround, with friendly neighbours and visitors all round. The beds are super comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. Just a lovely interior and so homely. We definitely could have stayed longer and will make it our first choice for any return trips to Long Beach. Brad the hist is super friebdky and helpful. I recommend you stay here!!

Was an excellent house to stay at. Had a slight problem with the air conditioner, but the owners stepped in and had it fixed as soon as possible. So thank them for that. The only problem that I had was many of the area rugs were loose and everyone kept tripping over them. I hope that the owners will fix this problem. I wouldn’t want anyone to get hurt. Other than that, it was a great house, in a great neighborhood with nice owners to rent from.

Past Meets Present Under the Palms
This perfect little spot blends the historic past of the home with present day upgrades and provides a true oasis on the shore. The home is relaxing with everything you need to have a great beach day right there. Evenings spent outside were divine with the lighting and the fountains. I found my perfect spot out front to just sit, drink coffee and watch the world go by, including all those wonderful pups on the way to Rosie's Dog Beach. Be sure to check if the grunion are running (don't forget a fishing permit if you want to collect fish) during your stay for a unique experience to entertain young and old! Close access for LBSU, the 2nd street shops and restaurants, Belmont pier and Granada Beach! Come play by the sea and enjoy some of the 1930's chill vibe glamour that the neighborhood posesses!

Perfect getaway
We loved the Casa! It was clean, had a lot of amenities and the decor was perfect. The breakfast nook was our favorite little spot to have a cup of coffee. The water features were very relaxing. Cute little neighborhood as well!

Great location
I was on business and my wife came along. She enjoyed being close to the beach and food and shopping areas. Brad was super nice and an excellent host. The place was exactly as described, and we would definitely stay here again.
