I was very impressed by this property. Very nice staff, and the location is just superb, right on the walkable Venice Beach. The room was just great, and the partial view of the ocean was a great surprise, much larger than I thought.

We were hesitant to check in due to the people we watched coming in and out of the hotel; however, we did check in and within 10 mins we left. I have contacted the hotel and expedia and have not heard back. I'm assuming I'm going to have to eat what we paid - the photos on Exped. are most likely old and the reviews I would say are fake. My husband looked on google reviews after we left and I would say those reviews are more accurate. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE. I would like to also state that this is my first time leaving a negative review on a place we have booked through expedia., as typically the reviews and photos are accurate. So disappointing. I regret not taking photos, but we just wanted to get out of there - we were all pretty stressed out about the condition of the room - my husband was looking for needles. The bathroom was completely falling apart, broken tiles, unsecured toilet, there were stains all over the couch, the beds were damaged, the blinds were all broken and there was a nice ledge outside the windows where people can sit at night doing who knows what while you're trying to sleep with your family. No thank you.

Great location in the heart of the Venice boardwalk there recommend parking location was great and covered just a block away I always bring a extra blanket when I travel which came in handy if u like to keep ur window open but remember your next to the water don’t can get a bit cold in the am Stayed there a week and had no issues

place is good, but the rooms are not, the bed is really bad. we took a studio room . the bed makes loud nlise even when we move r sit on it, not at all comfortable to sleep and the smell in the room as well not good.

Clean, affordable room with great access to the wildness & joy & hardship of Venice in one direction and the quiet streets and affluence of Santa Monica in the other. Exactly as advertised & reviewed. I appreciated the fridge and microwave and ESPN access. Will visit again as a base to see our LA-based daughter.

Beachfront Room & long walks along the waterfront

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at AirVenice and the staff was very helpful. We were able to have long walks along the beach and it was a beautiful view from the room (Oceanview). Venice has its unique personality and is a very lively place, so if that is what you are looking for, AirVenice is your place to stay.
