On the Expedia ad, it offered shuttle service from the airport which was ideal for us and the reason we opted to stay. Then found out they don’t. They were aware that it was on the websites as an option and the woman said they needed to change it but it hadn’t been addressed.

I stay at the Erwin every year after my annual work trip to Los Angeles, a couple days by the ocean... I've tried other hotels in Venice, MDR and Santa Monica and none compare to Erwin.

My stay was great thank you guys , but the check in was horrible. Went through third party I got a confirmation number etc and I was in the lobby for about 20-40 minutes because there was no “proof” of purchase even with a confirmation email , number /etc. Thankfully I was able to get into the room but yeah that was a pretty rough part of this trip
