This was a surprisingly very lovely stay, really clean room, so spacious - although I was upgraded at check in which was really nice - the staff was super friendly and helpful. Amazing location, just across from the Whole Foods on Lincoln / Rose. I ordered a coffee delivery in the morning which came in a little robot which I got a kick out of. 10/10 stay would highly recommend.

Called property to move a reservation due to the ice storm impeding travel. Owner (or whomever) said no problem and that a email confirmation would be coming shortly - to be fair this was very gracious. I then asked for an email confirmation for the date we agreed to, and had to check in with the hotel four more times over the next week as the responses were that the email confirmation was "coming". 8 days after the hotel agreed to move the reservation, I got a text saying everything is handled but that I need to call in to resolve a small "logistical" issue. This wasn't logistical, it was them asking for ~$350 more. Honestly the worst part is that they never needed to offer to move the dates for free. That was a kind gesture, it's just unfortunate that they went back on their word a week later. -10/10, would not recommend. Shady practices. Clear attempt to steer away from a text chain and to a phone call to avoid a paper trail describing the commitment made on the phone.

Always love staying at this hotel! The rooms are clean, comfortable, all with small fridge, and air con. Staff is lovely and always helpful. Most of all the hotel overall has a great vibe. Very cool!

We rented the bungalow and it was perfect! Light, airy, modern space with plenty of room for four adults. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and the dining area was had seating for six. There was ample parking. Whole Foods was across the street & there were many restaurants and bars within a few blocks. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the family bungalow for 3 nights. The bungalow is very tastefully done , with the right mixture of furniture, kitchen is well appointed and clean. Its location is really convenient to stroll over to the beach and with Whole Foods right across the street , many quick needs can be fulfilled easily. The property is slightly dated and while the renovation covers many, the age shows in the bathroom, the bathroom is shared between the two rooms. Overall great experience staying here and would stay here again.

Clean room and bathroom and quiet neighborhood! Comfortable bedding and pillows and lots of different restaurants that are within walking distance! Nice variety of teas in the reception area as well! And there is a Whole Foods Market across the street!
