It was close to everything we wanted to do. There was a blip in our check in but it was fixed right away and they apologized for the issue. Staff was very friendly and polite. We would stay again

Clean and spacious room. Charged $150 deposit for ‘incidentals’ but nothing in the fridge! Parking charged at $22 which is an outrage for a 4 star hotel. Massive empty parking lot. Staff said it was ‘another company’ charging for the parking. Not acceptable- if they must pay another company, it should be included in the room rate. Otherwise, hotel was pleasant and clean. No breakfast included which I have never encountered for a 4 star hotel.

The decor was enchanting and we thoroughly loved the ambiance. It stood out from your run of the mill hotel. The room was beautiful, cozy, and clean and had the best shower ever. 😀 We did not find in, as it was a touch to gourmet for us, but there were lots of nearby options. Lovely place to stay.

The check in and check out process was easy and fast. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. The courtyard rooms are awesome with easy access to the pool and hot tub. The staff was great!! The decor of the hotel gave us Harry Potter and/or Game of Thrones vibes! We enjoyed this hotel a lot and will definitely use this location again.
