The room itself was spacious and clean. The bed was to soft for me my back was hurting in the morning. Sad that you guys don't have a shuttle. I accidentally got confused at the moment of booking and read that yea it did have shuttle. It cost me45.00 in taxis. So, I won’t recomendyour hotel to anyone and I will mentioned everywhere that Holiday Inn Express at that location doesn’t have shuttle

Clean room, bed was comfortable. Body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided, The free continental breakfast was from 7am till 9:30am, check out was at 12pm, location was good, about 15 minutes from the airport. There is no walking distance stores to do shopping, there is fast food restaurants across from the hotel. No shuttle bus service from or to airport. Parking is not free, I believe I was told they would deduct $10 per day from the deposit. Parking is in a secure garage shared with two other neighbouring hotels. There’s no in room safe box, small fridge and microwave in room and hair dryer too. I would stay again in this Holiday Inn Express Hawthorn Blvd. hotel.
