The location was very good for our needs, but there were a few problems that will stop us from staying here again. The WiFi continuously dropped out and kept reconnecting after a few minutes. I asked the front desk to look into it and they said all they could do was reset the router, which didn't change the situation. The walls are very thin and we could hear far too much noise from the neighbors, including above us. The breakfast was pretty meager for a "Plus" Best Western. Overall the front desk staff was fine but not overly helpful. We tried to check in early, but no rooms were available. That's expected, but the clerk took my number and said he'd call when a room became available, but he never did.

Such a great value for our stay - large rooms, very convenient to family nearby, ample full breakfast, friendly staff. The only reason I did not put 5 stars is there was a slight smell the day we arrived to our rooms. Other than that, it was all great!
