I booked this hotel through Wotif for 6 nights and unfortunately, the pool was under repair for the entire duration of our stay. This was extremely disappointing, as we specifically chose this hotel based on the photos and amenities, especially the pool, which looked clean and inviting online
At the time of booking, there was no information on Wotif about scheduled pool maintenance, and had we known, we could have booked other nearby hotels—many of which were cheaper but without pools. We chose this one because of the pool feature, and that amenity was unavailable throughout our stay.
I raised the issue with the hotel reception, but they said they couldn’t assist since the booking was made through Wotif, and directed me to follow up with Wotif .
