The rooms are a little dated but mine was well cleaned. That’s the only negative comment I have on this place, otherwise the location was conveniently close to gas, food, the mall, and many of the LA attractions. The area seemed plenty safe, the WiFi worked well, parking was free/available. If pricing is a consideration for you then this place is worth the lower rate should be considered. Would stay again without question.

As it comes motel. Comfy bed, easy parking and location. No fuss no thrills stay. Only downside which we noticed after couple days was an old plaster with a hair attached wrapped to the towel rail. Otherwise overall good stay. Really nice spot for dinner and drinks on “Brand” street about 20 minute walk towards downtown LA.

The hotel is way too overpriced. I stayed at nicer hotels in that area for less money. The area around is nice, but the woman at the front desk was not! She had a bad attitude from the start. The staff lied saying we have a dog and they checked my room; they owe us an apology. Their bathroom clogged and they didn't fix it after I told the cleaning staff. Also the carpet was way too filthy; 2 pairs of my new socks were ruined!
