I was under the impression that breakfast was included but I was charged $22 per day. we also had a sweatshirt stolen from our car. you MUST valet. there is no self parking. Valet wasn't cheap either. we were given a handicap room and we are not handicap so the bathroom was awkward. overall I am disappointed in this Hyatt place. its usually a solid hotel but LA was a disappointment.

There was two cockroaches in the bathtub when I asked for them to partially refund me due to the cockroach incident they said no we can only give you points, which is not what I wanted.
