Just minutes from LA Live, Grand Central Market and 30 from Malibu and the same to the Huntington Library in Pasadena. The location couldn’t be better, It does however compete with the magnificent city view at night. The corner unit gives an optimal view of the skyline.We found our accommodations clean, and organized. We also felt safe with secured parking and a guard gate watching the premises of comings and goings, making us feel cozy and secure.I highly recommend this little haven and will certainly be back myself for another stay-cation

DIRTY & SMELLY. Human hair, dog hair and dust throughout the unit. Mold in the washer and the tub. White gritty powder all over the tub. Several surfaces not wiped down at all. Floor boards gross. Really the whole unit is filthy and doesn't looks like it has been cleaned in a long time. Dirty dishes upon arrival and no dishwashing detergent avaliable. The whole floor including the unit smelled like smoke. The washer smells terribly of mold. The kitchen sink and bathroom sink drains smell bad. Kitchen didn't have table salt, paper towels, baking sheets, or hot pads. We left some salt and cooking oil for next guest. The host refused to help in any way or offer any reimbursement. We ended up cleaning the unit ourselves.

The host covered all the bases when it came to the space and aura of the space. Every amenity needed was there, you won’t have to go out to pick up anything. She mastered attention to detail.
