The room did not have a refrigerator like stated. Some lights didnt work. The room smelt terrible like old dusty carpet. Paper thin walls. Didnt feel comfortable having my family there. More like a motel than a hotel.

Great location, close to all Hollywood sights. Enjoyed hotel - comfortable. Good breakfast and great service by all staff. Recommend. Perhaps walls a bit thin allowing noise from other rooms, but didn’t bother us too much.

Overall the hotel was ok. The room was clean and comfortable but extremely noisy. Our room was below a staircase and next to the exit door so we heard every creak from the stairs above along with voices and footsteps in the hallway and room next door.

Good Hotel

Pros: Location and price
We had a two night stay here and I really liked this hotel. The location was great and only a 5-10 minute walk to Hollywood Blvd. The lobby and hallways are a little old fashioned but they were re-doing the halls and I am sure they will be really nice once finished. The rooms were really clean and modern. There is a clean, good sized pool. This hotel is great value for the rate and I would definitely stay here again.

Cheap clean hotel & good pool close to Hollywood

Pros: Good pool, good location.
Cons: Needs a refurb in the hallways - big time.
Location: Close to Hollywood, Sunset Boulevard
We needed a cheap place close to the action with secure car parking. Tick. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, tidy and nicely enough appointed. There is a pool with a sun bathing area in the courtyard that our kids enjoyed using. I can see some people would be absolutely put off by the state of the carpet in the corridors and the very run down appearance in the hallways. Perhaps they are about to renovate. But as far as being a place to stay at affordable rates in a good location, it ticks all these boxes - just ignore the very run down hallways and slow small lift. That aside, good place to stay.

Great location, small bed, some power idsues

It was a great location, very close walk to Hollywood Blvd and the Chinese Theater, Roosevelt Hotel etc. Right next to In n Out and IHOP which was great. The room itself was good, quite large. However my parents stayed in a different room which was the same price, on the same floor, but much smaller. The bed was tiny and there seemed to be some problems with the power as it kept flicking on and off. Breakfast was basic, but fine. Staff were okay.
