Great hotel and convenient location. Fair warning, this hotel is in the middle of Hollywood, so with that, there’s a lot of traffic, parking sucks, and it can’t be noisy at times. But, you’re nearby a lot of really cool spots in Los Angeles so it’s a worthy trade off. The room was clean and the record player was a nice touch. Had a slight hiccup when I checked in, but it was quickly fixed.

The room was clean, the cleaning staff was very courteous, there is a huge fence around the hotel, location was good, however it was quite annoying communicating via message box(some private system) really needed help, couldn't get straight to manager.when internet was running slow ir cut

Had a short hiccup using the code for the room , it wasn’t working but called the number for service and they helped right away . Besides that room was clean , nice layout gives apartment feeling. Fair for short and even long stay . Washer dryer inside is helpful. Beds were comfortable. Parking is compact but private .

I stayed here for two nights and gave it 3 stars mainly because of the virtual “Front Desk” & check-in and lack of onsite staff. While the idea of a contactless stay sounds convenient, it quickly became frustrating in practice. There was no one available to help with issues, housekeeping, or even basic questions. At one point, the keypad door lock to our room malfunctioned and locked us out around 1 a.m. for around half an hour leaving us to sit in the hallway for any kind of assistance, The only help available was someone over the phone who said they would “reach out to management and hope they answered.” When I asked how long it might take to resolve, I was told there was no time frame. No one ever came to assist us. Eventually, we managed to get back in ourselves by jiggling the doorknob repeatedly while hearing the lock engage—which didn’t exactly inspire confidence in the room’s security. The advertised rooftop lounge was also disappointing—just a few chairs on an empty rooftop with no atmosphere. Throughout our entire stay, we didn’t see a single staff member. Every access point (the front door, garage, elevator) required codes, which made the whole experience feel impersonal and off-putting. It’s unfortunate, because the room itself was great—spacious, clean, and comfortable. With an actual onsite staff presence and better customer support, this could have been a much better stay.

I love these apartments, well located and great value - i think this is my 4th stay. That said this was my first time in a room on the main road side and i massively struggled to sleep it was LOUD. Would also benefit from proper blackout blinds as it gets light away to early with the thin blinds there.

We were looking forward to staying in a 4 star hotel and were severely disappointed. It was a struggle to find the poorly lit entrance, and we never did find a "Fenix" sign inside or outside. When we found the entrance it required multiple codes (which we 1st had to locate) to even enter this so-called hotel that is not a hotel at all, just a studio apartment. There was no parking available at all and no front desk to ask, so we had to park illegally just to get our luggage to the room! The room itself was clean, but plain and horribly noisy all night. I feel like I was tricked into paying for something that this was not.

Great communication, clean rooms and common area, one street away from Hollywood Boulevard. Parking is confusing at first and a little tight but overall felt safe. We loved that the entire property was gated with code entry. A little scary to walk back from Hollywood Boulevard in the dark, especially with a four year old but we managed. Pool was too cold for us but would have been great if the weather was warmer! We loved having a washer and dryer as well as a kitchen. The beds were comfortable but there is no real lounging space in the room so when we had food delivered we sat on the beds. We had a great stay and if we ever come back to LA, I would stay here again. Seriously great communication especial considering there is no front desk and all communication is digital. It was a major positive note for us!

The room is clean, tidy with washing machine & dryer in the room, but it is completely different from the picture shown and they refused to switch room for us because they said the picture online are just for reference and they have double checked the room they assigned is correct. On top of that, things like the shower head and chairs are wobbly. And they have single layered window, so it was super noisy during night because the building is next to the road. Great and responsive staff via online though, which is an excellent thing.
