Terrible staff, voiced concerns and was treated rudely. Didnt receive the room I booked. I was told I didnt book that room. Then when I proved it, it was oh thats a request- even tho it said it in the title of the room. The room had rusty metal planks bolted to the floor. Filthy chairs, we lysoled the bed and ended up checking out and being moved to a better hotel. Ive attached pictured below. Do not stay here!

The staff were friendly and the location was fantastic. However, aside from the two positives above, it felt like a cheap motel. Except for the lobby, the rest of the place was a mess. I strongly advise against going with family or a partner.

It is a beautiful hotel with lots of old character. With that, you can hear everything above you or beside you and in the halls. You can hear all the traffic outside. We overall had a good experience but there are really no amenities and they weren’t very friendly. The diner was our favorite part! Great food and incredible staff!

Fun couples cottage style room

Came for a concert at a nearby venue and had a wonderful time in koreatown eating good food and seeing the sights! The room was cozy, bed was super soft, hotel has a lot of original charm!
