Amazing Glamorous Bungalow 1 block to the beach. Newly renovated with top of the line stainless steel appliances. Walk in large shower with LED lights, ceiling rain shower, wall shower head, hand held and seat. in unit Washer and Dryer. 70" HD tv with apple TV in living room. King size bed with 60" HD tv in bedroom with electric fireplace, ceiling fan and black out drapes. Large couch with chaise in living room and beautiful arched doors to the patio and courtyard area. Trees and flowers line the courtyard area with privacy from the street so you can enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening or just work outside on your patio with nature all around. It is just over 1 block to the ocean and sand. Four blocks to Venice Pier and all that Washington street has to offer. There are coffee shops, ice cream shops, convenience stores, bike rentals, restaurants and bars . Shop the boardwalk for cool finds made by local artists at booths that line the boardwalk. and watch the street performers along the way. Walk to golds gym or bike to Santa Monica pier.
