Excellent place with no beach access or ability to enter water

This was a clean, nice place to stay for a medical visit to a nearby facility. It is hard to find, hard to park, difficult for guest parking. But the complex is nice modern clean and has a pool and fitness center which was quite convenient. It is by the marina but there is no beach access or way to easily enter the water for the kids (what we were looking for).
