The room was clean, very old and dated. the toilet seat should be changed as it has man marks on it, not a good look. The toilet was slow to flush, had to flush it multiple times each time I used it. The staff was great, friendly and courteous

Elevator was a little sketchy. Room was stocked and clean. View was kinda cool. Pool and hot tub were nice and quiet. Front desk could’ve definitely been more welcoming. Bottom line is, it was a good price and near good food and entertainment.

Stayed at Glendale Express Hotel for a weekend vacation and it was horrible - we will never stay there again. Problems: 1) Room was not ready when we asked to check in about 2:15. That's fine, but when we came back at 3:00 check-in time, still not ready. Offered a non-kitchenette but we said we would wait for the kitchenette (turns out their idea of a "kitchenette" is a mini fridge and a microwave. Nothing at all like a real kitchenette. And I'm not even sure that we got an actual kitchenette - I saw pictures online where there was also a sink. So I think we got ripped off). I was told to come back in 30 minutes. When I came back 30 minutes later, the guy said "Oh, I should have called you because 2 minutes after you left your room was ready." So why didn't he call? Insulting and terrible customer service. 2) TV was awful - you would change the channel and the screen would be dark and it would say "TV will turn off in 10 minutes" and then you would have to wait a couple of minutes until the channel you wanted to see actually came into view. 3) Musty/nasty-smelling air conditioner.

I'll stay here again. A clean, quiet and spacious room, friendly staff. I give 4 stars because a bathtub faucet did not fully transfer water to the shower; only half of the water did.
