I'm disabled and can BARELY walk. I left the pool area and couldn't walk down to the receptionist desk, where they were holding my things LIKE AN ANGEL zhis woman appeared, PUT MY FEET UP on a chair, and went to find me a WHEELCHAIR. I heard that she DROVE to your Sister Hotel in the back of your property to get me one! I didn't know she was an EMPLOYEE until she returned about 30 minutes later with her badge on. Zhen get snd 3 other employee, WHO ARE NOT Bell people zook to caRight from the beginning the staff that ARE NOT bellman, took me to my room in the wheelchair and helped me get settled. On my last visit the next week, a similar thing happened: Another employee, who was having a managerial meeting in the restaurant area, LEFT the meeting, went all the way to the front entrance (,it's a CONSIDERABLR WAyLK for a disabled person, like myself, took my belongings from my cousins SUV, put ALL my belongings on a cart, and pushed it to Reception. My QUESTION FOR FUTURE STAYS IS: Why don't you have Bellman Services? Why don't you have wheelchairs available??? I had the Same problem when I left: Mo one avauyo help me reach the frueith all my belongings. Surely s name brand hotel like HILTON is well heeled enough to hire at least one or two people to assist guests?

This hotel is literally next to the freeway. The otherside is next to a field and the metro train. Sandwiched between the two. Room was fine. We had an issue with a stained bed comforter and towels with holes, The hotel did though immediately change the sheets and gave us knew towels. They also gave us a room credit. So the customer service was in it. We were thankful. The breakfast was included in our price we paid. It was cooked to order or buffet. The food was good. We had omelette and French toast. The breakfast staff were working very hard. Lots of people were at breakfast when we were there. The photos when we booked made us think we would have an ocean view. Overall staff was nice just didn’t like location.

The rooms weren’t cleaned even after requesting, shower in the bathroom wasn’t working, the phones to call front desk in the room weren’t working either, no coffee or creamer was there, even the basic toiletries like conditioner and soap weren’t available in one of my rooms

First, they placed me in a handicap room that I did not book in the room was not clean upon entering in the bathroom was filthy. I went down to the front desk. They comped my parking and gave me a much better room however, the key never worked to the room so I had to have someone open the door every time I left, which got a bit annoying. I appreciate the accommodation and the area was nice. Just some technical issues.

It was decent. Didn't realize it was rows of motel/lodging in the same place. Digital key is not straight forward. Couldn't access outside door with it. Had to go around to go get physical key. Not too far from airport.
