The room was very nice, and the hotel is lovely. But I was surprised there isn’t free WiFi (unless you have Hilton honors.) must be the only hotel that still charges for WiFi.

As a Hilton Honors member, I was disappointed with my recent stay. The bathroom did not reflect what I would expect from a four-star property (see attached photo). The overall condition and finish felt dated and below the standard typically associated with this brand. In addition, I had explicitly requested a quiet room. Unfortunately, I was assigned a room directly next to ongoing renovation work, with hammering beginning at 8:00 a.m. This made it difficult to rest and detracted from the overall experience. I hope management will take this feedback into consideration.

The room was in good condition, however the roll-in shower would need to have a fade stare of bath mats as the floor would get flooded. And they did not restock our complimentary water bottles for the second day

Nice lobby but room was quite literally like a bad motel from the 1970s. Bathroom was phone booth size and no exhaust fan so entire room stayed covered in steam after first person showered. Hvac was broken and pumped out ice cold air even when set to 80.

Overall, the hotel was clean. Personnel were outstanding, very professional and personable. Some problems, bathroom sink leaked, tissues were wet, mold around tub, bathroom door was broken, and coffee maker, when I looked inside, was very dirty and in my opinion not usable, I can see they are working on the place but for a Hilton way below way I would think acceptable. Positive: All personnel were outstanding, checking in and out easy and transportation to airport was timely with great service.

The room overall was clean. However, faucet in the sink leaked, there was mold around the tub, the coffee maker has not been cleaned in a long time, looking inside, for me made a determination not to use the appliance. Positive: All the personnel were outstanding very helpful and had a very positive attitude.

The faucet on the shower wasn’t working so we were unable to shower the morning we left. The line was too long at checkout so I couldn’t talk to team in person so I called later. They did refund an early check in charge so that was nice but I’m confused as to why the house keepers didn’t know it was broken
