Room is on the expensive side but probably on par with other airport hotels. Disappointed that for that price point there is no bottled water in the room. Towels are tiny, adequate I suppose but would be better to have bigger ones. Lobby bistro shop does not display prices on any of the items which usually means they are hugely overpriced. Staff were pleasant, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and a nice size with a comfortable bed. Ideal location for a one night stay if flying into or out of LAX.

This is a nice hotel, room was really nice. Until you get in the shower area. Shower area was horrible, water stain in the ceiling, paint was peeling off. Water damage all over the tub area, walls in the there discolored, looks like mildew. Extremely disappointing

Selected this hotel for the convenience of proximity to the airport. I stayed the night before the return trip, which was early in the morning and I couldn't rest because the alarms in the hotel were activated several times during the early morning. Fortunately it was a false alarm but a very bad experience. Rooms need to be remodeled as they look dated.

The room was not cleaned very well there were still personal items and food left. The hot water did not stay hot and had to constantly change it while in the shower and there was mildew. I’ve stayed at may Hilton’s and I expected much more from this one as the initial appearance suggested that it it would be on of premium locations. But upon entering the room it was an entirely different experience.

Wonderful and spacious room. Very comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Very convenient to LAX. Very minor complaints…no mini fridge and only two paper cups per room.
