There was no water coming out of the shower head or tub faucet. I should be able to take a shower in a hotel before checking out and flying home. I had to wash using the sink. No one should have to check into a room that lacks a functioning shower (room 4115).

Thw shower was decrepid, it took 5 minutes of running just to heat up, and the jets were limp. There was no shower gel (2 bottles of shampoo in error). Checkout took far too long as the desk was understaffed. Overpriced bar - food was ok. Pool is tiny! Otherise, decent enough room and selection of TV channels with movies.

Super easy to get to from the airport, room was nice, enjoyed the hot tubs too.
