Staff was nice , however when we first arrived the room smelled very smoking and old. We had to be moved to another room. Once in the other room the remote was not working so we had to get a new remote sent up. Also the shower was hard to turn on and had to call the desk for assistance and it took awhile for the shower to get hot. Again the staff was great but the inconveniences was not welcomed.

- Elevator stopped working and my family and I had to climb the stairs to 14th floor to get to our room. - Hot water stopped working on the last day and we had to bath with very cold water - The room service also didn’t provide drinking water for us until we called them for it

The room was horrible. There was a loud noise at 5 o’clock in the morning. I think it was a service elevator. The bed was like a rock. The elevator broke and we had to go down the stairs seven flights. We ran out of hot water. Should I go on?

Room as well as the hotel is nice. Airport shuttle was very helpful. It's really tricky to drive in and park near the hotel as expected due to the downtown location. The staff were quite responsive to a couple of requests that we had. Overall a pleasant overnight stay.

Room was good but no body wash in shower. Had two bottles of shampoo. The water pressure was not that great due to showerhead. Alarm clock was also broken. The parking situation definitely needs improvement. There was nowhere to park to check in and the parking itself was crazy - $65 for overnight? We literally parked in the parking structure right next to it for less than half.

The room was dusty. The wallpaper and the carpet were torn. The bed was fine. The aircraft noise was distracting. I think the inoperative sliding glass door was single pane.
