Room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Dedicated shuttle to and from the airport was easy and drivers nice and helpful. Digital check-in was fast and easy. There was a Nexus convention at the hotel, so downstairs was a bit of a madhouse, so I got my dinner to go in their takeout area downstairs and ate in my room, That food was very expensive and so-so. But other than the take-out food and downstairs crowd, everything was perfect for a comfortable overnight stay at the airport.

When I arrived, after pre paying for everything, they then informed me of a deposit which we had to scramble to get and after 2 days I had to actually call the desk because NO ONE came into my room to clean, restock towels, coffee, cups...........no cleaning. I shouldn't have to call for cleaning. To think you stay at the Hilton and get treated like the Motel 5 is concerning.

The shuttle drove past me at the airport 3 times before finally stopping to pick me up, and I know it wasn't full because my airline is at the first stop for that driver. Then I was double charged for my meal and overcharged for parking. The hotel has four hot tubs but during one of their most fully booked weeks they only opened 2 of them and one was left dirty for a week. A bad choice of hotels all around.

Average good, we had reserved the 5 nights King size bed room. But for the first night, the hotel gave us a old room with double beds, and two breakfast vouchers. It wasn’t very clean. There was a lot of dust coming out of the air-conditioner vent, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years. There was even some black residue. I then moved to the king-size bedroom, and I felt better.

Staff was no help at check in. I reserved a runway view room, was told the room was not guaranteed and was not available. Then the gut proceded to tell me for 100 dollars more i could get a runway room. Intold.hin inwanted the room i reserved he didsaid nothing

100’s and 100’s of suitcases in lobby the entire time. Multiple conventions or groups. Restaurant closed for that reason. Had to eat in the bar, food was terrible and long wait. Nowhere to safely leave luggage so had to pay to upgrade room to get a late checkout. Terrible experience overall. Very disappointing and frustrating stay.
