Horrible experience, the property shut the water off twice during my stay for renovations which wasn’t a huge issue but they didn’t tell us about this until the day we checked in. I felt like they should have sent an email out to inform us prior to our stay so that we could have made other arrangements.

Upon entering the hotel I was amazed of how grandiose the lobby was. Much better than the other hotels I’ve stayed at near LAX. stay is very helpful and friendly. The room was bigger than I expected and well appointed. Restaurant food was good and service great. We will stay there again.

Yes and no to the shuttle. The pickup spot was easy to find. The shuttle itself was not. I waited for over a half an hour and started looking for alternate transport when two shuttle arrived back-to-back.

The hotel is in need of remodeling. There wasn’t any water in the hotel from 11am -6pm. We weren’t notified until after we checked in. There was some odor in the hallways and the rooms were very dated. No discounts were offered for this huge inconvenience.

So because I booked with a third-party, I believe I was put into room 6004 which is a double bed occupancy that I needed but the mattresses are no good. They hurt my back. I have a bad back and I asked can I get a pillow top mattress, which I was not accommodated for or even thought to move to a better bed so yes, I’m not happy but would just happen this one night stand here at the Hilton hotel

The room was cold. The heater did not work well. The water in the shower was cold. But the water in the sink was hot and fine.
