The staff was fantastic. Both night and morning shift. They know how to have a helping presence. Rooms were ok. Mainly clean. There were a couple of hair ties left behind in the bathroom and they were obviously run very rented out rooms. But clean. They had a nice snack shop and fresh donuts. The continental breakfast needs the most help for sure.

Large room with comfortable beds and plenty of accessible power points to charge up devices. Although we didn't need it, the kitchen was a decent size. Overall staff were great and the 2 shuttle drivers we had to and from the airport were good. We didn't fit on the first shuttle bus that stopped and the driver was quite rude (one person actually got off and caught the next shuttle with us as she was so rude to him).

The front desk staffed were not friendly when I checked in, almost like I was being inconsiderate that I wanted to check in. The room was ok, but the bathroom was the worse. The sink drained so slow and when I went to tell the front desk, they let me know they would send someone up. No one ever came during my whole stay, which was for a week. I typically will stay at a residence inn cause I’m familiar with their service, but I don’t recommend this location.
