Easy quick check in process. Loved the drink dispenser machine options in the lobby. The buildings public areas were clean and quiet. The room was very clean and very spacious. The bed was comfortable. Great experience overall

$250 dollar deposit , 5 days not released yet.

When you travel you do not expect to been charged $250 deposit. $250 fifty dollars were charge to the debit card not mention when reservation were made and paid two months before the trip was made. It’s been 5 days and the money still not released. I been calling this hotel and they don’t answer their phone, I contacted Hotel.com they told them they released the money and it would take 5 to 7 days for the bank to release the money. Really, people go on vacation and the last thing they need is for their money be taken away or you get no room that you already paid up front for. This hotel should not be charging this amount of deposit and holding it not telling you before you paid for it. The $250 deposit really,

Other reviews had me worried about my reservation regarding customer service. No issues there, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The main problem I noticed was the tap and shower water smelled like sewer. It was pretty terrible to even brush your teeth with that water. The other thing was the TV was not smart, meaning you couldn’t stream anything, but they do have basic cable channels. We even bought a Roku stick to use but the wifi signal was not strong enough to support it.

The shower pressure was awful the towels smell like urine when your walking to your room it smells like smoking and weed the first time I stayed there it was ok this stay I was about to leave there was loud banging noises and the room smell like cheap perfume

It was a large room as expected. It was very clean. It was also very noisy. You could hear people in the hallways and doors closing all the time. There are no vending machines available. The front desk staff said they are coming.

I stayed here to attend a game at intuit dome. the hotel was great and perfect for me. I used uber and public transportation to attend the game. there are nearby public transportation options. I appreciate the free cups of water that are available.

Very nice looking looked clean too and I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but BEWARE OF BEDBUGS it was very unpleasant I got bit all on my back . I literally seen it crawling on our covers too.
