Sheets and pillow cases had stains. Stains that looked like blood. Asked them several times to change them and it nevet happened. Stayed there for 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. Was told there would be no parking fee after spining the wheel and I was charged for it.

Staff were very nice and accommodating. Our suite was very nice/ modern . Fairly close to redondo beach like an 8 minute drive. I think you can take the train/light rail to the beach too, which is right above the hotel. I loved the breakfast, staff kept the food stocked for the whole duration of breakfast. I would stay here again.

the place could be great but the whole hotel needs a renovation in terms of the items. For instance, the couch had too many stains. I had to call the front desk to bring bed sheets so I could cover the couch. The curtain had stains too. It doesn't seem like the refrigerator has been cleaned out in awhile. I'm sorry but I am paying over $350 a night I expect the suite to look spotless and shinning.

I had a wonderful experience at Homewood Suites! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their hospitality was warm, genuine, and consistent throughout my stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations—great service, great comfort, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning!

The one night we stayed at the hotel was great, except the very strong, very off-putting odor in the bathroom. Not sure if it’s the detergent they use on the towels, or the cleaning supplies, but it smelled awful. Like a dirty rag. It was the one (major) downfall of the property.
