Easy walk to Grand Central Station and other eating establishments. Convenient for Ubers to Union station for free Dodgers Express Bus to ballgames and for Flyaway bus to and from LAX. Several restaurants within the motel, nice pool in private area, nice Lobby area for drinks, light snacks, tv watching. Enjoyed our stay!!

The staff were not great be prepared to wait at all times. Bell service lost our luggage. Shower didn’t work, parking is inconvenient, terrible $40 breakfast, room smelt like cigarettes

The hotel is seriously dated. Everything requires a refurbishment. The color scheme and furniture are straight out of the 90’s. No one even answered the assistance hotline. When you called valet they also didn’t answer. Getting from parking to the front desk with your luggage is ridiculously difficult; you must traverse the 2 escalators and there are NO bellman to assist.
