You get what you pay for. The photos are very deceiving. The hotel does not look like that in person. I will say the staff was excellent. We were pretty unhappy, and they gave us a refund and were very understanding. I was only at the property for about an hour before checking out immediately. If I did not have a toddler with me, I would have powered through what was supposed to be a 5 night stay. The room smelled like cigarettes. Extremely loud. You can hear everything. The air vents on the ceiling were never cleaned. Room was filthy. It was also freezing in the room because the window was stuck open, but there was only one thin sheet. No other bedding. The beds were very small. It's a cheap motel. Would be fine for keeping budget but was not the experience my family was looking for.

We loved the hot tub, but the pool area was pretty run down. It was too bright in the room to sleep well and our neighbors were noisy. The staff was very polite and the room was clean.

Good deal

Cleaning staff have pride in their work and keep older property clean. Rooms need an upgrade and poor Japanese garden needs a loving remake. Overall slept well, good price and good location. Tiki bar next door fun and good food.

Beds and pillows are the weakest part of this property, but for its price point you shouldn't expect much. It delivers on that average expectation. If you need a nicer hotel for your comfort, spend more somewhere else. If you just need a place to crash at night while you're visiting it's totally serviceable
