Our room wasn’t made up once during our stay rubbish stayed in room for 3 days had to ask for towels. We had two sets of headphones go missing from our room and when I emailed I never received a response at all. Could hear people walking up and down the hallway all night doors opening and closing, noisy from the highway. We felt quite unsafe in this accomodation. Microwave, coffee machine didn’t work at all.

The room had a stink, the furniture is very old and some drawers were broken. The heater/air conditioning unit is so old and loud. We packed our bathing suits as the kids were excited about the pool and when we arrived they told us the pool is cold therefore we couldn’t use it. I called the reception for help and I was on hold for 20 minutes no one would answer. Upon arrival they told us they have an additional $39 parking fee per night that wasn’t disclosed on the reservation. Paying $35 parking at universal studios plus another $39 for the car to sleep in their garage is a lot for anyone.

The bathroom wasn't clean. The shower floor was dirty. The toilet moved when you sit. The outlet didn't hold anything we plugged in. The hot water took awhile to warm up. Parking cost $34 a night plus a surcharge of $21.

We had a great two nights at BLVD for our family’s visit to Universal and other sightseeing nearby. We reserved a suite and loved having the extra room and couch area to spread out some. The room was updated and clean with comfortable beds and we were able to walk to the park shuttle. Thank you for a great stay!

There were roaches crawling on the wall above the bed and in the bathroom in both rooms they gave us. GROSS! I tried to move hotels but there was not one in the area.

A nice place; I would go back again

It was a nice, friendly stay. They have no food service. No breakfast. They are renovating so the I expect the upgrades will improve things. The bed was OK but the sheets didn't fit.

Great Hotel Just Needs Renovating

It was a comfortable stay. I'm not rushing back to BLVD for a rebooking, but I wouldn't dismiss them either. The building just lacked any new renovations and appeared outdated, but cleanliness was maintained. Staff was very friendly and attentive and assisted with a lost item. If it was not for the lack of renovation that was in my opinion, overdue, this would have been a perfectly affordable and wonderful stay.

The staff was nice and I wasn’t expecting much from this property because of the area and the price. But I feel like I could’ve gotten the same quality somewhere else for a much cheaper price. They are apparently going through remodeling but you can tell it’s poorly done, the A/C unit is super laud, the motor in the bathroom was broken, all the shampoos and other bathroom essentials were all different brands like they just put out whatever they have left and we didn’t even get body wash or hand soap to wash our hands! It’s not the worst place ever but definitely not worth what they are charging
