Much like our neighboring costal communities the City builds large sand berms along the coastline during certain seasons to help protect against coastal tides and ocean storms. This is an oceanfront home, however, 1st floor views may be obstructed depending on the presence and height of these berms, which vary based on seasonal and weather conditions.

Air-Conditioning
This property includes air conditioning. The thermostat should be set no lower than 74 degrees and turned off when the home is vacant. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the home will cool to a specific temperature in all bedrooms and spaces

Secure gated parking is available behind the property, with a spacious driveway that can comfortably fit two vehicles (including oversized trucks) or even up to three smaller cars

This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $2500 and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
