Owners were very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean with a lovely back garden. The surrounding area was dirty with rubbish laying around. 20min walk to Santa Monica Pier, beach and lots of eateries.

A fine motel. Manager very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable, albeit a bit on the small side. Walkable (15-20 mins) to Santa Monica pier area so convenient in that respect. A little expensive - but good value relative to other much more expensive options in the area.

Sweet and friendly host. Good location. Quiet. Easy parking on site. It would be really nice to have a microwave in the room, had to eat out. Got a nasty bug bites during the night, maybe mosquitoes, not sure.
